A custom-designed lightsaber. I machined the 12" hilt from 6061 aluminum and assembled the electronics in a custom 3D printed chassis. I made the blade from a polycarbonate tube fitted with addressable LEDs and 3D printed attachments. Read about how I created the lightsaber here.
